We are thrilled to share that we have officially broken ground at GUILD Townhomes in the University District! Construction is underway for this exciting townhome project, and we are excited to see this project come to life.

GUILD by Crystal Creek Homes (GUILD) will offer 40, two and three-bedroom townhouse units across six buildings, combining elegance and comfort. Each unit will boast over 2,000 sq. ft. private elevators, rooftop patios and double garages, main floor balconies, modern amenities, spacious layouts and sophisticated design elements. GUILD is also anticipated to achieve the BUILT GREEN® Gold certification adding to the community’s sustainability standards.

University District is one of the most innovative communities in Calgary, a place where retail, residential, commercial and recreational offerings can all be found within walking distance. Upon completion, the community will feature approximately 7,100 residential units, 15,000 residents and 300,000 sq. ft. of retail along its Retail Main Street.
