About Us

Justin founded Crystal Creek Homes in 2004. Originally a highly skilled and in demand cabinet installer, Justin decided to try his hand at the full scope of New Home Construction. Since taking that plunge, Crystal Creek has sold over $500 million in homes in Calgary and Edmonton in varying product from duplexes to high end estate homes. Justin is a member of TEC Calgary and previously sat on the board for BILD Calgary. He is a father to four adult children that he enjoys spending time with. An avid golfer, you will find him on the course as often as possible, socializing as much as golfing.

As one of the co-founders of Crystal Creek Homes in 2004, Michelle has been an integral part of the company since day one. Having worked in law firms previously, and with a keen eye for detail, Michelle’s contributions to the overall success of Crystal Creek Homes have been invaluable. Throughout the years, Michelle has been an instrumental partner, involved in various CCH departments, primarily accounting, together with design, selections and marketing. More recently, she has also been working with the finance team in launching the Crystal Creek Homes Mutual Fund Trust investor portal and acting as a liaison with its investors. Always appreciative of her surrounding neighborhood, Michelle is an active and consistent community volunteer. As mother to four adult children, Michelle loves spending time with them, as well as the rest of her family and friends. Golfing is an enjoyed hobby, and if she’s on the course with any of her kids, it’s even better!

Chantel is a highly experienced CPA, CA with over 10 years of experience in both public and private enterprises. She has an extensive knowledge base and vast experience in financial reporting, investor relations, budgeting and forecasting as well as strategic planning. Her ability to lead teams effectively and efficiently while making sound decisions based on data-driven insights have produced positive results for her employers over the years. Prior to joining Crystal Creek Homes, Chantel held a leadership role in a publicly traded company with a focus on financial reporting, investor relations and process improvement. In this role she developed an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices as well as the ability to develop successful strategies for streamlining operations and increasing efficiency. Additionally, her problem solving skills were instrumental in driving positive outcomes for the organization while consistently being able to work under pressure ensuring deadlines are met.

Richard Daley is a dynamic and results-driven Senior Executive with over 22 years of experience in the home building and real estate development industry. For the past 10 years, Richard has served as Vice President of Streetside Developments, leading the multi-family home building division for Qualico in Calgary. Under his leadership, Streetside Developments has flourished, with a focus on growth, operational excellence, innovation, continuous learning and exceptional customer service.

Outside of his professional achievements, Richard is an avid traveler, golf enthusiast, and fitness lover. He is also a passionate foodie who enjoys exploring new restaurants and uncovering hidden culinary gems.

Trevor has been in the residential building industry for over 22 years and spent the first 11 years of those working for a major window supplier in both Edmonton and Calgary. He then joined the Crystal Creek family which has been his home for another 11 years, starting in Calgary as an estimator before leaving Calgary in 2013 to return to his roots in Edmonton where he is currently the general manager for CCH. He loves making a living by fulfilling the fundamental human need for shelter, and is interested in affordable energy efficiency in housing. A former physics nerd and band geek, he somehow still managed to get married and has two kids who most people seem to think are pretty great.

After completing the Bachelor of Interior Design Program at Mount Royal University, Melissa knew she wanted to pursue her passion of residential design. With over 14 years of experience, Melissa is an award winning designer and proud to oversee the Interiors and Architectural Design teams at Crystal Creek Homes. Melissa’s Creative approach to design has allowed her to excel with clients and build relationships with our trade partners to ensure our clients receive their dream home on possession day.
Outside of work, Melissa is a wife and a mother to 2 young boys. You will likely find her enjoying the mountains with her family, hiking and running in the summer and skiing in the winter.

Initially a Journeyman Glazier by trade, Grant made a career change in search of growth opportunities in the construction industry 22 years ago. Grant’s roles advanced from Warranty Tech, Site-Superintendent, Site Manager and now into his current role of Construction & Warranty Manager. Since entering the industry, Grant has built all residential product lines including starter, multi-family and custom estates. He has worked on various unique projects including a Passive NetZero home, and has been recognized for his extraordinary commitment and enthusiasm with an Avid Gold Award. He is also a current member of the BILD technical committee. Grant strives to get as close to perfection as possible and takes pride in leading his team and seeing their builds come to fruition to turn over to happy homeowners.
Outside of work, Grant is a dedicated husband of 24 years, and a father to two adult daughters.

Jennifer started out in Calgary’s new home construction industry 17 years ago. An Interior Designer by trade, she joined our sales team with that advantage and has continued to contribute to our success in several communities over the years. Now managing our sales teams, she continues to share her drive and solutions-based approach to helping our homeowners find their dream homes in their dream locations.
Outside of the office Jennifer, along with her husband of 15 years can be found doing their very best to keep up with their two children.

With proven expertise in developing innovative marketing plans, managing cross-functional teams, and nurturing strong client relationships, Karla is recognized for a strategic approach to brand development, customer journey mapping, and campaign strategy execution.
