How It Works
When you build with Crystal Creek or purchase one of our quick possession homes, we’ll pay your listing fees when you use our preferred real estate partner, Hudson Real Estate. This means you are only responsible for the buyer’s agent commission (3.5% on the first $100,000 plus 1.5% on the balance of the sale price). This effectively saves you half of the total commission you would normally pay.
How much could you save? For example, on a property that sells for $500,000 the real estate commissions would be $19,000 +GST based on 7% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the balance. With EquityWISE, you would only pay $9,500 + GST to the buyer’s REALTOR® in this scenario and the listing side of commissions would be paid by Crystal Creek Homes. You would save $9,500 + GST!
