2025 Year in Review: Celebrating Milestones, Momentum & Community

As we look back on 2025, we’re filled with gratitude and pride. This past year was defined by meaningful milestones, inspiring growth, and the incredible people, our homeowners, staff, trades, and partners, who make everything we do possible. From landmark showhome openings to award-winning designs and community celebrations, 2025 was a year to remember at Crystal Creek Homes.

Celebrating Our Team & Culture

We kicked off the year ahead with a staff Year-Ahead Party, bringing our team together to celebrate accomplishments and set our sights on what’s next. This spirit of connection continued throughout the year, including our Winter Welcome, where we came together once again to celebrate a successful year and toast to the exciting road ahead.

A Fond Farewell to Watermark

2025 marked several meaningful moments in the Watermark community. We proudly unveiled 4 Watermark Lane, the final showhome in this incredible neighbourhood—an emotional and exciting milestone. The year also saw the success of The Archer at Watermark, a beautifully designed home featuring an elevator, that sold before we had a chance to open it the public. With these achievements, we officially move toward selling out of Watermark, closing a truly special chapter.

Award-Winning Design Excellence

We were honoured to be recognized at the BILD Calgary Awards, taking home a win for The Dalton in Quarry Park. This award reflects our commitment to thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and creating homes that truly resonate with homeowners.

New Communities & Showhome Success

Growth and innovation were front and centre in 2025. We celebrated the launch of Juniper Ridge Villas at Taza Park, marking an exciting new chapter in villa living on Tsuut’ina Nation. We also opened the Belvedere Laned Showhome – The Jackson, and saw incredible momentum at Currie, where the Somerton showhome sold in record time, with only two quick possession homes remaining.

In October, we proudly hosted the Pine Creek Villas Grand Opening, unveiling our first villa showhome in the community—an important milestone as we continue expanding our villa offerings.

Giving Back & Community Impact

Community remains at the heart of everything we do. 2025 marked the final Hospital Home Lottery showhome in Watermark, a huge success supporting the Calgary Health Foundation. We celebrated the lucky winner and reflected on the lasting impact these homes have made for women’s health in our community.

We also strengthened our commitment to giving back through a new partnership with the Terry Fox Foundation (TEPF) and hosted a Trade BBQ to celebrate and thank the incredible trades who bring our homes to life every day.
