Announcing Our New Charity Partner: The Educational Partnership Foundation

At Crystal Creek Homes, building communities goes far beyond bricks and mortar, it’s about creating opportunities, strengthening connections, and giving back to the places where we live and work.

Today, we’re excited to share some special news: The Educational Partnership Foundation (TEPF) will be our official charity partner for 2025 and 2026.

About TEPF

Based in Calgary, TEPF is dedicated to delivering hands-on learning experiences and career pathway programs for students, with many initiatives directly connected to the residential construction industry. Their work focuses on education, youth development, and equity of opportunity — values that closely mirror our own vision of building strong, resilient communities.

With a $15,000 company contribution toward TEPF’s trades career programs, we’ll help youth in Calgary and the Tsuut’ina Nation explore and prepare for rewarding careers in the skilled trades.

Getting Involved

We’re also launching an exciting fundraising campaign in support of TEPF’s Reading… Give it a Shot! literacy program, with a goal of raising $5,000 by next spring. Every $50 donation will provide books to two students, and our collective effort aims to reach 200 students. If we hit our target, Crystal Creek Homes staff will have the opportunity to visit the school, hand out books, and connect directly with the students whose lives we’ve impacted.

We’re looking forward to the difference we can make together — in the classroom, in the community, and in the lives of future generations.
