Next we move to a purchase contract. During this process it is our goal to ensure you are informed about all aspects of your new home purchase and financing options available. We will take you through step by step to ensure that all details are incorporated into your agreement.
03. Interior Selections
It is now time to review your new home drawings and embark on the interior selection process at our Design Selection Center. Our award winning interior designers guide you through the process of selecting your interior finishes ensuring they suit your style, budget and lifestyle.
04. Delivery
Prior to possession you will have a pre occupancy walk through to ensure no detail is overlooked. The anticipation is over, It’s your possession day – welcome home! We hope you love it as much as we love building it for you. Once you have taken possession our service coordinator will be your aftercare point of contact during your warranty period.
